  2. Not this seller's fault, but USPS completely botched the handling of this item. It took almost a month for transit time! We even had to file a lost parcel report on the USPS website. Luckily, the seller provided a full refund after an eBay "item not received" report was initiated, and communication was very consistent throughout the process. We appreciate the help and support that was provided from start to finish.

  3. Well the seller is awesome and communication was the best. However the USPS managed to loose the contents yet deliver an empty damaged mailing tube after being lost for a month. The seller did a complete refund and even though it was not their fault they stood behind it. I will be ordering another print from this seller again.............
