Was really looking forward to adding this fossil to my collection. I was out of town when it finally arrived and when I opened the package there was a cheap $2-3 piece of rainbow flourite in the envelope. Reached out to the seller and they offered to send a replacement, someone on their end attached the wrong label to the package. Well after consideration I just asked for a full refund. This guy doesn't even sell little pieces of flourite. I figured it was a scam. They DID wind up refunding me.
This lady was amazing.she went out of her way to help me with a problem I had.I sent some items back and they ended up in a warehouse in china.I could not and wad not able to solve this problem.then she stepped in and within a short time she got the problem solved.she wad amazing.best customer service ever.I would have no problem in recommending her to anyone.
