Carrier: "Asendia USA" is great choice. No additional surprise brokerage fees where my parcel is held hostage or I am blackmailed for hidden undisclosed in advance fees by UPS. I will definitely not be afraid to do business with this US seller from Canada in future. I should note that package was opened, ripped, and partially resealed with blue tape. I have not yet inspected contents or tested. I did take photo of shipping condition just in case. The blue tape appears to say ebay on it. Merci

Item was received as described. Overall felt I got a decent value granted it was an auction sale. Shipping was relatively fast and within the estimated time window. Packaging was a cardboard box and a bubble sleeve. Seemed to do a good job protecting the laptop as no damage was sustained in shipping that wasn't already described in the listing. Even though it's not supposed to be supported this Dell XPS 15 9560 runs windows 11 just fine.
